WhatsApp Tools is written and maintained by Mahmoud Ilyan, a software engineer and founder who builds WhatsApp commerce software for ecommerce stores. Every listing, comparison, and guide on this site comes from hands-on work with the WhatsApp Business API — template approvals, quality ratings, messaging tiers, COD confirmation flows, and the unglamorous details vendors gloss over.

How tools get listed
Any WhatsApp business tool can be submitted for free. Before listing, we check that a tool uses the official WhatsApp Business API (unofficial bulk senders that automate the consumer app are rejected), that the product is live, and that its claims match what the product actually does. Listings are never paid placements; sponsors, when present, are labeled.
